Hey, I’m Kelz, your approachable beauty industry consultant, licensed instructor, suite owner, and proud mompreneur. The path to where I am hasn’t always been straight, but every twist and turn has taught me something about resilience, passion, and balance.

Humble Beginnings Turned Hustler

I grew up blue collar country, hand-me-down kid learning the benefit of hard work early on. I tried out the pushed path for us "millennials"; traditional college, a steady plan, you know the drill — but it quickly became clear it wasn’t for me. I explored other careers, from landscaper, retail, social work, to exotic dance and military intel. I was forced by choice to learn lots of hustle, independence, and grit along the way.

Journey to Success

While navigating medical retirement, cross country moves (x2), a split from someone I thought was my forever, becoming a single mom, multiple surgeries, late diagnosed ADHD and more... my journey wasn't always easy but it began with a passion for enhancing the beauty around me.

From doing nails in the corner of my apartment, adding permanent makeup and esthetics license in my own suite, booth renting to others, getting my instructor license.. teaching, mentoring, coaching, hosting events/workshops and now owning/renting out my own full suite building! 

I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of beautypreneurs along the way. I’ve learned that entrepreneurship is messy, challenging, and incredibly rewarding all at once. 

What I'm Up to Now

While I've recently retired from the hustle... I now focus on consulting, speaking, and creating intentional connections in the beauty industry. I hold an Associates in Entrepreneurship and work with beauty professionals ready to grow, pivot, or expand, guiding them with practical advice and real-world experience — all while keeping balance, joy, and purpose at the center. My goal is to help others build businesses they love without losing sight of the life they want to live.
