Our CEO Jennifer “Kelz” Kelly has over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She is multi licensed/ certified in Permanent Makeup & Esthetics, as well as Instructing.

Kelz has taught 1000s of students and created dozens of multifaceted courses over her career and is passionate about sharing the ins and outs of her successes and failures that have brought her to where she is today. Starting from a room in her apartment to now owning her own suite space empire, Kelz has gone through the whole process of trial and error so you don't have to! 

Kelz is a full time mompreneur with a 8 year old son named Antonio. She is also a medically retired U.S. Military veteran, with 5 honorable years of service living and learning about other cultures all over the world. Jennifer Kelly was given her nickname “Kelz” while serving and still lives by the Air Force core values:
